Just down the road from the cottage, this smaller neighborhood public beach access is our go-to for a relaxed beach day. Walk, ride one of the complimentary beach cruisers, or drop off your crew and beach gear. There is no public vehicle parking at this access, which helps it maintain a more low-key feel.

The 30A Beach Cottage is a 3-bedroom, 2-bath single-level home for up to 8 guests, tucked onto more than half an acre in Inlet Beach. No elevators, shared hallways or stairs to navigate—just an easy, comfortable home base for your 30A vacation.
Inside, the open living, kitchen and dining areas create a welcoming central space for everyone to gather, while the bedrooms offer comfortable places to retreat and recharge. Multiple doors connect the cottage to the outdoor living areas and huge fully fenced backyard, creating an easy flow from morning coffee to evenings around the fire pit.

Cancellation Policy: Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation (no cancellation fees or partial refunds possible) for 24 hours after booking if arrival is at least 72 hours away at time of booking.

We’re Rodney and Cindi, the owners of The 30A Beach Cottage. This isn’t a property we rarely see or a rental managed from a distance—it’s a home we know well, care for personally, and take pride in sharing with our guests. As longtime Emerald Coast locals and licensed Realtors, we understand what makes a stay here special. Cindi is also a Nurse Practitioner and Certified Nurse Midwife who has cared for local families for more than 15 years. That experience carries over into how we maintain the cottage, with a strong focus on cleanliness, safety, thoughtful details, and clear communication. We designed and furnished the home with real vacations in mind: comfortable single-level living, inviting spaces for gathering, and outdoor areas where families and friends can relax, play, and spend time together. We stay closely involved in the care and upkeep of the property and are available when our guests need us.
